CookLibrary home →Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear purchase terms for downloadable cookbooks.
All digital sales are final once access is provided, except where applicable law requires a remedy. CookLibrary does not offer a voluntary change-of-mind refund or money-back guarantee.
Why digital sales are final
CookLibrary sells downloadable PDF ebooks. A customer can retain a copy after access is provided, so a file cannot be returned in the same way as an unused physical book. Deleting a file or sending a copy back does not create a return entitlement.
Please check the cookbook description, PDF format, selected add-ons, price and device requirements before buying. No physical product will be shipped.
Change-of-mind requests
After access is provided, we do not voluntarily refund or exchange digital purchases because you changed your mind, no longer want the book, selected the wrong product, prefer a different format, or did not read the description. This policy is subject to mandatory rights described below.
Orders are delivered digitally after successful payment, so there is usually no dispatch period during which an order can be cancelled. If you believe you placed an order in error, contact us promptly. We will check the order and access status and any rights that apply.
Download or product problems
If a link does not work, a purchased book is missing, or a file is corrupted, email contact@cooklibrary.com. Include the order reference, purchasing email address, product name and a short description or screenshot of the problem.
Our first step is to verify the purchase and help restore access, correct the link or replace the affected file. Do not place another order just to resolve a download problem. If the product cannot be supplied or the issue requires another remedy under applicable law, we will provide that remedy.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged twice for the same order or charged an incorrect amount, contact us so we can check the transaction. Confirmed duplicate or billing-error charges will be corrected. A pending bank authorization is not always a completed second charge; your payment provider can help clarify its status.
We may request enough information to locate the payment, but never send a full card number, security code or password.
Rights protected by law
This policy does not exclude rights or remedies for non-delivery, faulty or misdescribed digital content, unauthorized payments, or other matters where applicable law requires protection.
Where a statutory cancellation period applies to digital content, loss of that right through immediate supply depends on the required express consent, acknowledgment and confirmation. A “no refunds” statement alone does not remove it. Nothing here prevents you from contacting your payment provider or exercising a legal right.
For any permitted or legally required refund, we use the original payment method where possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and bank.
We’re here to help.
