We review messages and respond as soon as we can. Support is provided by email; response time depends on the enquiry and message volume.
CookLibrary is operated by Gosemond, LLC. You can use this address for customer support, business enquiries, privacy requests and content-related concerns.
Help with an order
- Your order or transaction reference, if available.
- The email address used at checkout.
- The cookbook or offer you purchased.
- What happened, including an error screenshot if useful.
Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, security codes or unrelated sensitive documents. A missing order reference does not prevent you from asking for help.
Downloads and purchase terms

CookLibrary sells digital products and does not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds after access is provided. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains support for access issues, billing errors and rights protected by law.
Recipes, feedback and rights concerns
For recipe corrections, include the recipe title, page link and the detail that needs attention. We also welcome feedback and ideas for useful cookbook collections.
For a copyright or attribution concern, identify your work, the relevant CookLibrary URL or product, your relationship to the rights holder and a way to contact you. We will review the concern. For privacy requests, include “Privacy request” in the email subject.
