Common questions
Will a printed book arrive?
No. CookLibrary’s ebooks are digital PDF files. You download them after successful payment; no physical book is shipped.
Where do I get my ebooks?
Use the download page shown after checkout. Select the download button for your purchased offer to open its Google Drive folder. If you have lost the page, contact us with your order reference and purchasing email.
How do I download on my phone?
Open the folder, choose a PDF, and use Google Drive’s Download option in the file menu. Depending on your browser or the Drive app, you may need to open the file first. Look in your device’s Downloads or Files app. Download each included PDF separately.
Do I need to extract a ZIP file?
No. The delivery folders contain separate PDF files, so you can download and open them individually.
Do I need a Google account?
The purchase folders are intended to allow access through their download links. If Drive unexpectedly asks you to request access or you cannot download, contact us so we can check the link and help. You do not need a CookLibrary membership to read a PDF you have saved.
Can I read offline or print recipes?
Yes. Download the PDFs first, then open them in a PDF reader without an internet connection. You may print recipes for personal use. Printing costs are not included.
Which add-ons and bonuses should appear?
Only the offers in your completed order should be available. The Lunch offer includes its Cookies & Biscuits bonus, and the Breakfast offer includes its Cakes & Cupcakes bonus. The main Dinner Trio alone does not include all optional books.
A book is missing or a link is broken. What now?
Email contact@cooklibrary.com with the purchasing email, order reference, affected book and any error screenshot. Please do not buy the book again to resolve access; we will check the order and help.
Can I share the PDFs or the paid download link?
Your purchase is for personal use. You may use your own devices and keep a backup, but may not redistribute, resell or publicly share the paid PDFs or links.
Is there a subscription or recurring payment?
The current Dinner Trio and its checkout add-ons are one-time purchases. No subscription is required to use the downloaded PDFs.
Can I return a digital cookbook?
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds after access is provided. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains download assistance, billing errors and rights that remain protected by law.
Are nutrition values or dietary labels medical advice?
No. Values are estimates and recipes are general information. Check ingredients and allergen labels and seek qualified advice for a medical condition or dietary need.
