About these terms

These terms apply to CookLibrary’s websites at cooklibrary.com and offers.cooklibrary.com and digital purchases from CookLibrary, operated by Gosemond, LLC. Our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Digital Delivery Policy provide related information.

Please review the product description and these terms before ordering. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract and use an authorized payment method. If you have questions before buying, contact contact@cooklibrary.com.

Your order and price

The product description and checkout identify the cookbooks, format, included recipes, selected extras, currency and total price. Dinner Trio offers are priced in USD. Any applicable additional charge must be shown before you complete payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

Optional add-ons are separate purchases and are included only when you select and pay for them. Review the order summary and your email address before submitting. A one-time purchase is not a subscription. A successful payment and the resulting order confirmation establish the purchased items.

If a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you and resolve it fairly under applicable law; we will not silently charge you a higher price.

Digital delivery and access

After successful payment, the download page provides access to the products in your completed order, including any applicable included bonus. Downloads may be hosted on Google Drive. You need an internet connection to obtain the files, enough device storage and an application that can open PDFs. Downloaded PDFs can be read offline.

Keep a backup of your purchased files and your order confirmation. “Yours to keep” refers to your permitted use of the files you download. It does not promise perpetual operation of a particular website or third-party hosting link, nor automatically include future editions or additional products. We will help with verified access issues under our delivery policy.

Personal-use license

Once payment is complete, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store and use the purchased PDF files for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may keep copies on your own devices and print recipes for personal use.

• Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, sublicense or give away the PDF files or paid download links.
• Do not remove copyright or ownership notices or represent the ebook compilation as your own product.
• Do not use the website to interfere with security, obtain unauthorized access, commit payment fraud or infringe others’ rights.

The license covers the ebook’s protected text, images, design and compilation as applicable; it does not claim exclusive ownership of general cooking methods, ideas or facts. It does not restrict uses permitted by mandatory law.

Offers, add-ons and bonuses

An advertised bonus is included only with the qualifying purchase specified in the offer. For the current Dinner Trio checkout, the Lunch offer includes the stated Cookies & Biscuits bonus, and the Breakfast offer includes the stated Cakes & Cupcakes bonus. Buying the Dinner Trio alone does not include every optional add-on or bonus.

A free bonus has no separate cash-redemption value. The checkout identifies the offer you purchase. Changes to future prices or offers do not change an already completed order or remove an entitlement included with it.

Refunds and cancellation

We do not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee or change-of-mind refunds for digital purchases once access is provided. A downloaded file can be retained and cannot be returned like a physical product. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains this and how to report a delivery, duplicate-charge or product problem.

Some locations provide mandatory cancellation or digital-content rights. An immediate-download waiver applies only where the legally required express consent, acknowledgment and confirmation have been obtained. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Recipes, nutrition and third parties

Recipes are for general cooking information. Results depend on ingredients, equipment, substitutions and technique. Nutrition values are estimates, not medical advice or a guarantee that a recipe is suitable for a health condition or allergy. Use appropriate food-safety practices and professional advice where needed.

Problems, responsibility and changes

Please contact contact@cooklibrary.com if a product is missing, inaccessible, corrupted or materially different from its description. We will investigate verified issues and provide support and any remedy required by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by your misuse, unauthorized distribution, unsuitable equipment or unrelated third-party failures. Nothing excludes responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct or liability and consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update website terms for future use. The terms and product information applicable when your order is completed govern that purchase, subject to mandatory law. You may save or print this page for your records.
